How to Book a Holiday Trip in Nepal

Before starting the booking process, we encourage all travelers to verify whether a company is genuine, licensed, and financially secure. Ensure the agency is registered with the Office of Company Registrar, Department of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Nepal Rastra Bank (for foreign currency authorization), and holds a valid PAN and registration under the Department of Cottage & Small Industries.

Unfortunately, some operators in Nepal run unregistered or expired businesses. Others, including foreign tour operators, NGOs, and freelance guides, organize trips illegally. Many visitors have faced serious issues and filed complaints with the Trekking Agencies’ Association of Nepal (TAAN) after being misled. To avoid such problems, always confirm the company’s authenticity before booking any Himalayan trip.


Steps to Confirm Your Trip Booking

  1. Select Your Preferred Package: Choose your desired trekking or tour package from our website.
  2. Use the Booking Options: At the bottom of each itinerary page, you’ll find options like Book Now, Ask Expert, Write a Review, and Print. Click Book Now to proceed with online booking or Ask Expert to email us your queries.
  3. Accommodation and Services: Our itineraries include airport transfers and accommodation from budget to 5-star hotels. Please specify your preferred hotel or class of accommodation, as well as any extra services not mentioned in the package.
  4. Flexible Itineraries: All itineraries are guidelines that can be customized based on your available time, preferences, and group size.
  5. Join a Group Departure: We offer many fixed departures for trekking and mountaineering. Joining a group departure can significantly reduce your trip cost.
  6. Review Cost Inclusions: Read carefully what is included and excluded in the package cost before confirming. If you require any additional service, mention it clearly in the booking form.
  7. Read the Terms & Conditions: Before making any payment, review our Terms and Conditions regarding deposits, cancellations, and refunds.
  8. Confirm with Advance Payment: Once we mutually agree on your itinerary and price, you’ll be asked to send a deposit as per the quotation and policy.
  9. Submit Required Documents: After payment, please send us:
    • Copy of your valid passport
    • Passport-size photo
    • Flight reservation details
  10. Booking Confirmation: Upon receiving your payment and documents, we will confirm your trip and begin processing necessary permits, TIMS cards, flight tickets, guides, and logistics.
